As a Remote Sales Account Representative, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about their available benefit options. Your role is to educate, guide, and assist clients through each step of the enrollment process using virtual meeting technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with pre-qualified individuals through scheduled virtual appointments
• Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
• Clearly explain coverage options and answer questions with confidence
• Assist clients in completing applications and required documentation
• Maintain organized records using company systems
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and team development meetings

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Computer or laptop with a functioning webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for virtual client meetings
