Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Repair Technician to
join our busy production team in Waterloo. In this role, you will restore
damaged structural and non-structural vehicle components back to OEM and
insurance specifications. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in their
craftsmanship, thrives in a flat-rate environment, and is dedicated to keeping
our high production standard moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

·
Assess vehicle collision
damage and execute efficient repair plans.

·
Repair and replace damaged
body panels, frames, and structural components.

·
Perform professional welding,
dent pulling, and precise panel alignment.

·
Disassemble and reassemble
vehicle interiors, exteriors, and mechanical parts.

·
Ensure all structural and
cosmetic repairs strictly meet OEM standards.

·
Maintain a
clean, organized, and safe daily workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements

·
Licensure: Licensed Collision
Repair Technician (Journeyperson) preferred.

·
Apprenticeship: Advanced
4th-Year Apprentices with strong, proven hands-on experience are welcome to
apply.

·
Training: I-CAR trained or
holding active certifications.

·
Tools: Must possess a
complete set of standard trade tools.

·
Skills: Strong structural
repair, welding, and vehicle scanning capabilities.

·
License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
