Reporting to the CPIC Unit Supervisor, the CPIC Operator II Team Lead must be able to work within a high-pressured environment to ensure the delivery of operational information and support to police personnel and authorized outside agencies. The CPIC Unit requires two (2) permanent individuals with excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills to assume the following responsibilities:

Hours of Work: Rotating 12-hour shifts to provide 24-hour coverage, 7 days per week.
Salary Range: 21B, Salary Grade\: 013, $28.64 - $35.92 (Hourly), $2,291.80 - $2,873.80 (Bi-Weekly), $59,814.94 - $75,005.14 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
