The Job
As a Reach Forklift Operator, you play an important role in helping us deliver on our promises to clients. Every order picked accurately, every shipment received correctly, and every task completed safely contributes to the exceptional service our customers rely on.
We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in doing quality work, support their coworkers, and understand that reliability and productivity matter.
In this role, you will keep products moving safely and accurately through our warehouse.
Teamwork & Safe Warehouse Operations
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Safely operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck throughout your shift
- Crosstrain and support multiple departments as business needs require
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace culture
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Order Fulfillment and Inventory Replenishment
- Pick products from high-level racking to replenish customer orders
- Move inventory using an RF scanner
- Verify accuracy through quality checks
- Complete cycle counts and inventory checks
- Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations
Warehouse Operations
- Load and unload trailers using Counterbalance or Walkie equipment when required
- Sort, move, and handle products throughout the warehouse
- Rebuild skids and prepare products for shipment as required
- Support other warehouse activities as needed
Essential Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
- 1 – 2 years of reach truck forklift experience, Crown or Raymond preferred
- Prior experience using RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the shift
- Commitment to safe work practices and following established procedures
- Wear CSA-approved safety footwear
