Job Summary:

The Senior Specialized IT Consultant will provide expert functional and technical leadership for the City s IBM Maximo Manage implementation within the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. This role involves hands-on configuration, design, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support focused on facilities maintenance, asset management, work management, and SAP integration to ensure a successful Maximo deployment and sustained operations.
Responsibilities:

Design and configure Maximo Manage solutions including workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and mobile setups.
Review and validate configuration workbooks, integration designs, and data migration plans.
Identify and resolve configuration gaps, issues, and risks with recommended corrective actions.
Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
Provide input on SAP/SAP BTP and other system integrations including API specifications and error handling.
Participate in test scenario development, defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
Assist with cutover planning, go-live support, hypercare, and stabilization efforts.
Develop knowledge transfer materials, job aids, and sustainment documentation.
Deliver regular status updates, risk assessments, and recommended next steps to project stakeholders.

Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience including organization, site setup, Application Designer, database configuration, and security groups.
Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Maximo implementations as an application consultant.
Expertise in end-to-end Work Management configuration including service request to work order lifecycle, job plans, preventive maintenance, and vendor work processes.
Deep knowledge of Maximo data model including assets, locations, classifications, meters, and PM hierarchies.
Hands-on experience with legacy-to-Maximo data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of Maximo integrations with ERP systems, including writing integration specifications.
Experience leading system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage.

Desired Skills:

Experience with SAP BTP integration touchpoints.
Familiarity with MREF/TRIRIGA systems.
Knowledge of mobile work execution and vendor/contractor management within Maximo.
Ability to create detailed knowledge transfer and sustainment documentation.
Experience working within public sector or municipal environments.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience.
Successful delivery of at least 3 full lifecycle Maximo implementations as an application consultant.
Proven expertise in configuring end-to-end Work Management processes in Maximo.
Strong understanding of Maximo data model and setup including assets, locations, and PM hierarchies.
