AMK is hiring a Parts Advisor for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville.This is a customer-focused and hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the automotive industry and takes pride in delivering efficient support to customers, technicians, and service teams.
Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and internal workshop requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support technicians and service teams with timely parts availability.
• Process special orders and monitor back-ordered items.
• Prepare parts for pickup, delivery, and shipping as required.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts, dealership parts, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
