This Service Manager opportunity is ideal for someone whose career has progressed from hands-on Technician to leading people, managing operations and driving profitability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Plumbing and Refrigeration Technicians
  • Managing daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch
  • Overseeing job costing, invoicing, budgeting, and department performance
  • Growing the service division through client retention and new maintenance contracts
  • Providing technical support to Techs and troubleshooting when required
  • Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Assist with hiring and training of new technicians

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in the trade, including on the tools and leadership combined
  • Journeyperson certification in Plumbing or Refrigeration (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Strong service management or operations leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage technicians, customers, and financial performance
  • Solid understanding of job costing, service operations, and profitability
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and service management software
