Duties

• Perform data entry tasks accurately using various applications to maintain up-to-date records
• Process new business, renewals, and policy changes
• Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
• Stay current on product changes, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance industry preferred
• Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy along with strong proofreading skills
• Must have own car to commute to place of work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a client book
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Punjabi is an asset
