As part of our growing digital solutions practice, we are currently seeking a Web Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of client-facing and internal web platforms.

Wage: $38.00 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

As a Web Designer at Pearl Technologies Limited, you will:

Confer with clients and internal stakeholders to identify website design and content requirements

Establish and follow web design guidelines, standards, and best practices in alignment with organizational branding

Design and maintain the visual layout, appearance, and usability of websites and web-based interfaces

Create wireframes, page layouts, mock-ups, and interactive design elements to support website development projects

Develop and optimize website content using graphics, multimedia elements, and web design tools

Integrate visual components and interactive features into websites to enhance user experience and functionality

Test and improve website design, layout, and performance across multiple browsers and devices

Apply responsive and mobile-friendly design principles to ensure compatibility across screen sizes

Collaborate with software developers, content teams, and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective web design solutions

Assist in updating and maintaining existing websites by implementing design enhancements and visual improvements

May coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support website graphics, content development, interactivity, and capacity

Experience and Technical Skills

Minimum experience: 1–2 years of related experience in web design or a similar role

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, web design, or a related field

Technical knowledge:

Web design technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Design and prototyping tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma

Responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap

Website creation and management tools (e.g., WordPress)

Understanding of usability principles and user experience design

Familiarity with collaboration and version control tools such as Git and Jira
