Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
• Plan and Schedule Maintenance tasks
Take full accountability for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring all tools, resources, and materials are in place for seamless execution.
• Coordinate Equipment Maintenance
Collaborate with the team to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, reducing downtime and optimizing machinery performance.
• Manage maintenance records
Keep accurate and detailed logs of maintenance activities, inspections, and service cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Optimize tool usage
Ensure proper use and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment to support reliable and efficient repairs.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
Experience in Maintenance planning
o Minimum 2-4 years in maintenance planning or 3-5 years in industrial setting.
o Preferred: Supervisory experience in maintenance.
Educational background
o Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
o Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
