Plumbing Field Supervisor

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations across multiple large-scale ICI projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating across active sites, and ensuring quality and schedule are maintained on some of the region's largest projects.

Key Details

• Compensation: up to $160,000 annually
• Location: Toronto
• Scope: ICI only
• Project Type: Large-scale, multiple concurrent sites

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising plumbing crews and site operations across multiple active jobs
• Managing employees, scheduling, and day-to-day field coordination
• Overseeing quality, safety, and productivity across all assigned sites
• Acting as the on-the-ground point of contact between crews, project management, and stakeholders
• Troubleshooting field issues and keeping projects on schedule and on budget

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising plumbing crews on ICI construction projects
• Track record managing multiple large-scale sites simultaneously
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Comfortable overseeing teams and coordinating across concurrent jobs
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems and ICI project requirements
