Dilawri Group in Ontario is looking for a Junior Service Advisor/ Coordinator to join the team at our Bolton Toyota location.

Pay Rate: $20-22/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet

customers, understand their service needs, and assist with booking
appointments

  • Manage

inbound calls, texts, and emails while providing professional customer
service

  • Proactively

contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, services, and
appointments

  • Assist

Service Advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and coordinating
vehicle service

  • Communicate

service recommendations and maintenance requirements clearly to customers

  • Build

strong relationships with customers and dealership teams

  • Meet

quality and performance benchmarks while delivering an exceptional
customer experience

  • Other

duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 1–2

years of customer service, administrative, BDC, or automotive experience

  • Previous

automotive or dealership experience is an asset

  • Strong

customer service mindset with excellent written, phone, and digital
communication skills

  • Strong

organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask

  • Positive,

team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Ability

to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong

computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems and software

  • High

school diploma or equivalent
