The wage for this Registered Nurse position is$55-$60/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

  • Preparation of equipment and medications for surgical procedures
  • Review patient history and conduct pre-operatory assessment
  • Continuous patient care during sedation while monitoring vital signs and assisting as
  • Post-operative patient care in preparation for discharge
  • Complete all necessary documentation for patient records

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) is required
  • Current CPR, PALS, and ACLS certifications are required
  • Previous experience in Oral Surgery, Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Critical Care is considered an asset
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment are required
