The proposed resource must meet or exceed the following education and certification requirement:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related discipline

AND

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 designation or other industry-recognized project management accreditation.

A minimum of ten (10) years of Project Management experience managing large-scale information technology (IT) projects

Clearly demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-year, digital transformational IT system implementation projects through full project lifecycles.

Minimum 3 yearsof experience delivering IT projects within government or public sector environments.
