Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of Kinetic Wireless, managing the entire sales process from initial customer engagement to securing agreements. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our cutting-edge telecommunications solutions, and guiding them through to a successful close. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and takes pride in owning the customer journey from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engage directly with potential customers in their homes to understand their needs and present Kinetic Wireless services.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our telecommunications offerings.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, solution presentation, objection handling, and closing the sale.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
Maintain a high level of activity and productivity in the field.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales progress.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn between $40,000 and $80,000 CAD annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income. Your drive and ability to connect with customers will directly translate into your earnings.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
Proven ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
Exceptional face-to-face communication and presentation skills.
Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively.
