Good Thief is seeking an experienced LINE COOK / CHEF de PARTIE. Candidates who are serious, passionate and committed to growing and excelling in their culinary careers long term with us need to apply asap!

It's a bold evolution in dining, where each dish is an invitation to a gastronomic revolution into Asian cuisine with a main focus on Vietnamese flavours.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3+ year of study or work experience in a kitchen

• Food Safe Certificate

• Proactive and self-motivated team player

• Passion for food and cooking with a hard working team

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Practices self-awareness, communication, building relationships

• Experience with creating and working with systems to increase efficiency (i.e. prep lists, par lists, spec list

• High standard of professionalism and attention to detail

• Alignment with Anh and Chi/ Good Thief family values and team culture

WAGE / PAY: $20-$28+ per hour PLUS cash tips ($1,200- $1,500+ per month)
