One of Canada's fastest-growing B2B distribution and service companies is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow an established sales territory.

This is not a "start from scratch" sales role. You'll inherit an existing customer base with significant opportunity to strengthen relationships, reactivate dormant accounts, and develop new business across commercial, industrial, institutional, hospitality, and contractor customers.

You'll have the freedom to manage your territory like your own business, backed by a collaborative team, industry-leading training, and a broad product portfolio that helps customers solve real business challenges.

No direct industry experience is required. If you've been successful selling to businesses, we'll provide the next-level training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within your territory.
  • Rebuild relationships with inactive customers and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and customer visits.
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing value-added solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate opportunities, and close sales.
  • Work closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain customer activity and sales opportunities using CRM.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Enjoys building long-term business relationships.
  • Takes ownership of their territory and is motivated to grow it.
  • Is equally comfortable growing existing accounts and developing new business.
  • Has 3+ years of B2B sales, territory management, account management, business development, or other customer-facing sales experience.
  • Has strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable using CRM software.
  • Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
