What You’ll Do:

  • Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person
  • Educate clients on insurance coverages by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
  • Use strong problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns efficiently
  • Apply sound judgment and make “what makes sense” decisions that prioritize the customer experience while aligning with best practices
  • Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Confidently multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make You Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make practical decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Confidence using technology and office software
  • Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we’ll support you!)
  • Ability to work in-office and ideally live locally
