What You'll Be Doing

• Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation.
• Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed.

Work Environment

• Temporary position based in Calgary, Alberta, with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary. Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane, Alberta.
• Reliable transportation is required. Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations.
• Fast-paced office environment within an active aggregate operation.
• Regular interaction with drivers, customers, and site personnel.
• Work may require sitting for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the site.
• Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.
