SUMMARY
We are partnering with a global manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket products to hire a District Sales Manager for British Columbia. This remote role will lead territory growth, expand market presence, and drive sales of fluid power and power transmission solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales growth across the British Columbia territory and meet annual sales targets.• Develop and execute territory strategies to grow existing business and win new opportunities.• Promote product lines, identify market opportunities, and stay current on industry trends.• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and territory plans using CRM tools.• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and overall market growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of sales experience or related industry knowledge.• Experience with fluid power, power transmission, or industrial products preferred.• Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field is an asset.• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills.• Ability to travel frequently across the territory.• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
PAY & BENEFITS
• Base Salary + Commission: Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)• Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire• Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued • 3% company contribution and an additional 3% company match• Tuition Reimbursement Base Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 CAD
