Lead Operations for a Growing Home Comfort Company

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Service Operations Managerto lead our day-to-day operations, support our field teams, and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:As the Service Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage technician scheduling, dispatch, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Oversee inventory, fleet, equipment, and warehouse operations to ensure job readiness.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Installation, and Service teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction goals.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Manage operational budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership to support business growth.

Qualifications:We're looking for someone with:

5+ years of Operations Management experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, home services, field service, facilities management, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced service or operations environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Experience managing scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or field service operations.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is considered a strong asset.
Experience using CRM, dispatch, or field service management software (Jobber experience is an asset).
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
