I’m currently partnering with a growing GTA-based construction company to identify a Superintendent for their expanding operations team.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial interiors, fit-outs, renovations, occupied-space projects, and subcontractor-driven environments where coordination, communication, and accountability matter.

Proven experience managing subcontracted ICI construction projects
Strong site coordination and scheduling abilities
Professional communication with clients, trades, consultants, and landlords

Compensation:

Approx. $100,000 base salary
$750/month vehicle allowance
Bonus structure
Full benefits
