Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Project Context

  • PB4P (Patients Before Paperwork) initiative
  • Integration of OTNhub into One Access platform
  • Focus on data alignment, accuracy, and governance across multiple systems

Must Have

  • 5+ years experience with BMC Helix (custom modules, ticketing, data updates)
  • 5+ years experience with identity management systems (NetIQ)
  • 5+ years experience with client/data management systems
  • Experience managing customer/account-level data updates
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict procedures
  • Experience working in complex multi-system environments
  • Ability to perform high-risk repetitive data updates with precision
  • Experience identifying anomalies and escalating appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Perform record-by-record data validation and updates across multiple systems
  • Validate providers and organizations against registries
  • Decommission inactive accounts and align system records
  • Support Indigenous-led data framework updates and compliance
  • Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies
  • Maintain strict documentation in ticketing and tracking systems
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and audit standards
  • Manage data across 10 12 integrated systems
  • Support training, process adherence, and knowledge transfer

Project Work

  • Validate and clean provider and organization data
  • Support integration between OTNhub and Agency systems
  • Execute large-scale data cleanup (decommissions, renames, updates)
  • Maintain data accuracy for enterprise CRM initiatives
