Make the Move to the Cayman Islands

Imagine finishing your workday and heading straight to white-sand beaches, warm turquoise water, and a laid-back island lifestyle. This isn't a vacation-it's everyday life when you join our team in the Cayman Islands.

Otis Air has been a trusted name in commercial HVAC services since 1993, delivering advanced cooling solutions across critical sectors. From healthcare and aviation to large-scale commercial facilities, we work with cutting-edge systems and global partners to provide installation, maintenance, and integrated building solutions.

A Career That Feels Like a Lifestyle Upgrade

This opportunity is about more than just work. Living in the Cayman Islands means:

  • Year-round sunshine and a relaxed island pace
  • A safe, welcoming community with modern infrastructure
  • Endless outdoor activities-from diving to sailing to beachside dining

If you've been thinking about combining your technical career with a better quality of life, this is your chance.

Your Role

As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll take ownership of servicing and maintaining advanced cooling systems across large commercial and industrial sites. You'll be working on complex equipment in environments like hospitals, airports, and government facilities.

Your day-to-day will include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration and chiller systems. Experience with major brands like Trane, Carrier, JCI, LG, or Mitsubishi will be a strong advantage.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in hands-on environments, and can confidently tackle technical challenges.

Relocation Made Easy

Moving countries can feel overwhelming-but we've got it covered. We provide:

  • Paid flights to the island
  • Airport pickup on arrival
  • One month of accommodation
  • Assistance with tools and relocation logistics
  • Full immigration support

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive hourly rate: $34-$46 USD (tax-free)
  • Guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 40/week)
  • Overtime opportunities, including occasional Saturdays
  • 50% company-covered health insurance
  • Paid vacation time
  • Retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Company vehicle for work and personal use
  • Access to specialist tools
  • Ongoing training and career development

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or chiller systems
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Familiarity with central plant systems (centrifugal experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant trade certifications (preferred)
  • Clean police record
  • Openness to relocating and embracing island life
