Vice President, Finance

15-month contract | $200K+ annual salary

Hennessy Collective is recruiting on behalf of a leading national organization for a senior finance leader ready to take on a broad, influential mandate. This is a priority search, and we’re moving quickly.

Working closely with the CFO, you’ll lead the finance function and help shape how the organization budgets, buys, invests and operates—with executive exposure and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Three areas of experience are critical:

• Strategic procurement and operational improvement. You’ve led competitive bids, evaluated service providers and negotiated contracts and licensing agreements. You can streamline services and implement systems, digital automation and more efficient processes that deliver meaningful value.

• Budgeting and forecasting. You’ve owned complex organizational budgets, challenged assumptions and aligned resources with strategic priorities. You help leadership understand the decisions and trade-offs behind the numbers.

• Board and committee packages. You’ve personally prepared financial packages that translate complex information into clear analysis, meaningful insights and well-supported recommendations.

You’re a CPA with senior financial leadership experience in a large or complex organization. You combine technical depth with commercial judgment, build confidence across teams and know how to lead people through change.
