Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process client files and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate client records and electronic files
Answer incoming phone calls and client inquiries professionally
Support advisors and team members with administrative projects and daily operations
Track and manage outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
