Job Description:The Real Time Demand and Capacity (RTDC) Coordinators will report to an acute inpatient care manager. The RTDC Coordinators will ensure continued patient flow through weekends by assisting the units with complex discharges and system flow issues after the coordinator has handed over. This position is also accountable for focused quality improvement projects.

Experience

Minimum 5 years recent acute nursing experience
Three (3) years experience in the specific clinical area

Education

Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Licenses

Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

Nursing diploma is acceptable
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
