Account Manager – Client Growth (Dental)

Remote | Canada | Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time Hours

Earn $3,000–$3,500 USD/month OTE

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Are you a dental professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional client service?

Snap Dental Labs is a U.S. dental laboratory serving hundreds of dental practices across the United States and Canada. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager – Client Growth to become the trusted point of contact for our clients, helping dental practices manage cases, answer clinical questions, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do:

-Manage a portfolio of dental clinics across the U.S. and Canada.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships.

-Handle inbound and outbound calls with dental offices.

-Answer questions about crowns, implants, dentures, dental materials, digital scans, and laboratory workflows.

-Coordinate case updates, shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines.

-Ensure timely follow-up and outstanding customer service.

-Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

Qualifications:

Required

-Dental background is required (Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, Dental -Technology, Treatment Coordination, or Dental Laboratory experience).

-Confident discussing dental cases with dentists and clinical teams.

-Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

-Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment.

-Reliable home office with high-speed internet and a quality headset.

-Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred:

-Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

-Experience supporting U.S. or Canadian dental practices.

-Familiarity with digital dentistry technologies such as iTero, 3Shape, Medit, or exocad.

Compensation & Benefits:

-Competitive base salary
