As a Prep Cook, You Will

• Complete

daily preparation of food

• Ensure

food is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion

• Maintain

the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation

• Organize

work areas as well as storage areas

• Maintain

a high standard of safety and sanitation

• Communicate

with kitchen staff

• Follow

instructions as directed by the kitchen manager

• Assist

in all areas of the kitchen as required

• Comply

with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

• Follow

all operations policies and procedures

• Work

alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relations with team members
• Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun our guests do too

What You Bring

• Cooking or prep experience is an asset
• A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
• Food Handling Certification required
