Position OverviewThis seasonal position runs from November 15 to April 15. You'll clear snow and apply de-icing materials to sidewalks, walkways, entrances, driveways and stairs at commercial and condo properties throughout Hamilton and the surrounding area.Please note: Snow removal is weather-dependent, meaning there are no guaranteed hours or regular schedule. Team members are on-call throughout the winter and respond to snow and ice events as needed, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities

• Clear snow using shovels, snow blowers, and sidewalk equipment (Ventrac SSV).
• Apply salt and other de-icing materials.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
• Report to our yard in Jerseyville, ON (between Ancaster and Brantford) before each snow event.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions.
• Able to safely shovel snow, lift salt bags (20KG), and perform physically demanding work.
• Available for on-call snow events throughout the winter season.
• Reliable transportation to our Jerseyville yard.
• Committed to working safely and as part of a team.
