Role overview

We are hiring for a Full-Time Sandwich Shop/ Bakery Clerk with a wage range of $15.00 - $19.00 at our location in Edmonton, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to operational standards

Properly handle and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Prepare special orders as per customers request

Provide assistance to Kitchen Supervisor and Manager as needed

Assist Kitchen Supervisor with maintaining, organizing, and ordering inventory

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area

Champion the Freson Bros. brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth

Handling customer service inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

Minimum 1 year experience as a prep cook

Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills

A warm and welcoming personality

Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable working during peak bakery hours (i.e.early mornings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation and food safety regulations

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
