Your Impact as an RPN
As a member of our Nursing Care Unit team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic, patient-centred nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and recovery
- Safely administering medications in accordance with hospital policies and standards
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and vital signs
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge preparation
- Building strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathy
- Applying clinical skills across a range of nursing procedures
- Participating in ongoing learning and professional development
What You Bring
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Graduation from a recognized College or University Practical Nursing program
- Valid BCLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to safe, patient-focused care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates and RPNs with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
