Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of Work Oriented Clinical Programs, the full-time contract (6 months) is responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, primarily in support of staff working in the Back on Track Service. Back on Track is an empirically validated program that provides treatment and education sessions for clients who have been convicted of impaired driving offences, leading to significant reduction of repeating offences. Back on Track is part of the larger Work Oriented Clinical Program, a dynamic revenue generating program within CAMH which also includes the Work, Stress and Health Program. In providing support to the Back on Track service, you will be responsible for scheduling assessment appointments with clients, organizing and scheduling the education and treatment workshops, managing billing/invoicing for the service, tracking volumes and revenues, organizing staff meetings and taking meeting minutes. You will provide a welcoming, customer service-oriented experience for clients entering the service and will have the ability to respond appropriately to difficult or urgent situations, such as client distress or crisis when the need arises, while also knowing when to seek support of clinical staff and management. You will be able to act as a resource for clients navigating the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) requirements to meet the conditions of their charges, including the ability to offer general information but also the awareness of knowing when to redirect clients to more appropriate venues to answer their questions, such as the MTO. There is a considerable degree of telephone and in-person contact with clients in this role. Work is performed with a relative degree of independence in a fast paced, client-centered environment. You will also have the flexibility to provide support to other services within the Work Oriented Clinical Program, including Work, Stress and Health Program, in the role of Department Secretary when required. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a 1-year Community College degree, preferably in business administration or secretarial science, combined with at least 1-2 years of administrative support experience. You possess highly developed interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. You must be well organized, detailed oriented and have familiarity interacting with clients with substance use and mental health issues. You are able to learn new software platforms, and proficient in the following software packages: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You are proficient at multi-tasking, and changing priorities based on program needs. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and will also enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced, team environment. The ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds is required. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset. This position is located at 250 College Street.

Salary Range:$26.80 - $33.05 per hour
