Along with clinicians, you will supervise and facilitate client participation in group and individual activities. In addition to communicating both verbally and in writing about behavioural observations, assessments and client's response to care interventions, the incumbent will assume an active role in maintaining both dynamic and static safety elements of the program and service. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements. This position involves shift rotation and weekend work. This position is located at the Queen Street Site.

In addition, you will possess effective organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with clinical care and issues specific to mental health and addictions settings is required. You will have the ability to work with clients, teams and stakeholders from diverse ethno-racial and cultural backgrounds, and demonstrate high levels of sensitivity and diplomacy.
