We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Executive Director to lead a well-established long-term care home in Winnipeg. This leader will be responsible for overall operations, team leadership, quality of care, and driving a strong, engaged workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Lead LTC growth strategy and drive regional revenue targets.

Own end-to-end pipeline ownership from prospecting to closing.

Forecast revenue accurately and manage resources to meet targets.
