The City of Laval is looking for a: Urban Technical Network Engineer

STATUS: Temporary - duration 2 years

SALARY: $95,439.65 to $125,540.32 (2025 salary)

The challenges that await you
You will carry out and coordinate studies and analyses related to modification, implementation, and expansion projects of public utility networks. You will ensure that the work performed complies with the plans and specifications. You will also coordinate surveys and update the general plans of underground public utility networks. Finally, for certain projects, you will be responsible for sealing the plans and specifications, in accordance with the laws, regulations, and other applicable provisions of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
The ideal profile for us

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
  • Have 6 years of relevant experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining traffic during civil engineering construction projects;
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle;
  • Hold an ASP card.
