Packline Team Member

Mary Brown’s is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packline Team Member to join our team. The Packline Team Member is responsible for accurately preparing, assembling, and packaging customer orders before handing them to the front-counter or delivery staff.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to remain organized during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all food items, sides, sauces, drinks, and utensils are included with each order.
• Verify orders against receipts and delivery tablets before handing them to front staff or delivery drivers.
• Package food neatly and according to Mary Brown’s standards.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-counter staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Prioritize orders based on preparation time and customer pickup or delivery needs.
• Restock packaging supplies, sauces, napkins, utensils, and other packline materials.
• Monitor food quality and report any missing, incorrect, or unacceptable items.
• Keep the packline area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Follow all food-safety, hygiene, uniform, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist with cleaning, dishes, food preparation, or other restaurant duties when required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry restaurant supplies and food orders when necessary.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
