Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Product Replenisher, Crop Input, on a permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and continuously improve replenishment processes by developing, maintaining, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across crop protection, seed, and inoculant categories.
  • Manage inventory replenishment activities, including promotional, early order, and in-season procurement programs, ensuring product availability and service excellence.
  • Oversee promotional order planning and execution, optimizing freight efficiency through order consolidation and effective scheduling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commodity Managers, Merchants, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide oversight of supplier account activities, including invoice reconciliation, credits, claims, after-season rebates, and carryover protection programs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of item master data, pricing, regulatory documentation, and e-commerce information within company systems.
  • Support team capability and consistency through training, coaching, and governance of replenishment processes and best practices.

The Team: You will work closely with a team of Replenishers, as well as partners across Customer Service, Distribution, and Accounting. Together, this team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service.

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have 3 – 5 years of related experience in wholesale, retail or supply management.
  • Knowledge of seed and crop input products/replenishment would be an asset.
  • Have a Diploma in Agriculture (preferred) or Business Administration (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrate attention to detail & accuracy, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles related to inventory, credits and rebates.
