Oakville, Ontario. Our technology-focused and vertically-integrated
operations allow us to provide clients with superior speed, quality,
convenience and pricing. We are Canada’s leader in custom branded apparel, but
we are just scratching the surface of our potential.

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced
Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) Developer to take ownership of our custom e-commerce
platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own architecture,
maintenance, and new feature development — not just work tickets. We're an
AI-first team: you'll be expected to use AI coding agents (such as Claude Code)
to plan and write the majority of production code, while personally owning
architecture decisions, code review, and quality.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per annum

Location: on-site at our Oakville, Ontario facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and extend a customized

Magento 2 codebase — custom modules, plugins, themes, and third-party
extensions

  • Manage integrations with ERP,

fulfillment, and payment systems via REST/SOAP APIs

  • Handle platform patches, upgrades,

performance monitoring, and troubleshooting

  • Direct AI coding agents to plan

and implement features, while reviewing all code and owning production quality

  • Improve deployment workflows and

environment consistency (staging/production)

  • Communicate clearly with

non-technical stakeholders on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years hands-on Adobe Commerce

(Magento 2) development experience — custom modules, plugins/observers, layout
XML, EAV model

  • Strong PHP (7.4+/8.x) and solid

understanding of Magento 2 architecture and dependency injection

  • Experience working with an

existing/legacy Magento codebase, not just new builds

  • Experience integrating Magento

with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

  • Practical, hands-on experience

using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to plan
and implement real production code

  • Comfortable working independently

with minimal day-to-day oversight

Nice to have:

  • Adobe Commerce Cloud experience
  • Apache NiFi or similar data

pipeline tools (can be learned on the job)

  • B2B e-commerce experience

Benefits:

  • Medical/Dental benefits after successful

completion of probation period

  • Employee Discounts (so you can rock your

personalized attire)

  • Casual dress (leave your business gear at

home)

  • Fun social events (we work hard and play

hard)

  • Fitness benefits (we will help you get your

fit on)

  • Fantastic location (Mississauga/Oakville

border)
