The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of recruitment, coordination, and hands-on administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Unlike larger organizations where HR roles can be more siloed, this role offers broad exposure and meaningful ownership.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, using creative sourcing methods (including proactive outreach)
  • Recommend recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth

Onboarding & HR Administration

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support HR documentation, systems, and general administration

Office & Operational Support

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and general operations
  • Manage PPE inventory and support health & safety

Team & Culture Support

  • Support team engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Help foster a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment

Payroll Support

  • Support billing/payroll process for a group of therapists/employees according to their unique billing period
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns regarding invoices/payroll

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Member of HRPA (optional)
  • Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed) and sourcing candidates
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, collaborative, and relationship-focused approach
  • Healthcare experience is an asset
