The Right Fit

The AP Specialist reports to the Corporate Controller. The role focuses on processing high volumes of invoices through Reflex, working with property teams, vendors, and internal finance. You work best in a structured environment with repeatable processes, deadlines, and accuracy targets. Strong organizational habits and a steady workflow style matter here. Reflex experience is an asset.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process high volumes of AP invoices through Reflex
• Verify coding for multiple properties and cost centers
• Match purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Resolve vendor questions and reconcile statements
• Support month end with AP reporting and accruals
• Maintain accurate digital records for audit readiness

What You Bring to the Table

• Two to three years of AP experience in real estate or corporate accounting
• Strong Reflex experience
• Solid understanding of invoice coding and multi-property workflows
• High accuracy and steady pace under tight timelines
• Strong communication with internal teams and vendors
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to follow established processes
