MMi Electrical is a growing electrical service company looking for a full-time Customer Care & Office Coordinator to become the friendly voice of our company.

This is much more than an office position. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organized.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from their first phone call through to job completion and follow-up.

What we're looking for:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A positive, friendly, and professional phone manner
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience scheduling and coordinating appointments
Ability to adapt as priorities change throughout the day
Minimum 5 years of administrative and customer service experience
Solid knowledge of QuickBooks Online would be great
Confidence managing customer communication, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
