Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Crowfoot Dental Studio | NW Calgary

Crowfoot Dental Studio is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, family-owned practice in NW Calgary.

We are a Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) office and are looking for a hygienist who is positive, dependable, team-oriented, and excited to help build a strong hygiene program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, values strong communication, and wants to grow with a modern dental practice long term.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality hygiene care while helping strengthen our clinical systems, patient experience, and team culture. This position has the opportunity to develop into a lead hygienist role as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications

Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Alberta with the CRDHA
Must have loupes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and reliable
Team-oriented and comfortable working in a growing practice
Interest in GBT, biofilm management, and modern hygiene systems
Interested in helping build hygiene systems, workflows, and patient care standards
Flexible availability within clinic operating hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends based on patient scheduling needs

Typical Schedule

Monday: 11:00am–7:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am–3:00pm
Wednesday: 11:00am–7:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am–3:00pm
Two Saturdays per month: 9:00am–3:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, permanent position
$60–$70/hour based on experience
4% vacation pay
$2,000 annual household dental benefit
$750 annual Health Spending Account
