General Manager

Glasshouse is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. We are a busy, upscale-casual restaurant focused on exceptional hospitality, high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop both Front of House
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance management
Monitor labour, inventory, and operating costs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals
Drive sales, profitability, and team culture
