Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

We're looking for a motivated, caring professional to join our growing insurance team. You do not need to come from the insurance industry. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or another people-focused role could make you a great fit.

We'll provide the training, licensing support, coaching, and mentorship. You bring the energy, empathy, initiative, and desire to build a rewarding long-term career.

What Your Day May Include

Talking with clients to understand what matters most to them
Helping people make informend decisions about their insurance protection
Developing new leads and scheduling client appointments
Following up with clients and building lasting relationships
Introducing additional insurance solutions that may help protect a client's family, income, property, or business.
Working toward individual and team goals in a supportive environment

Licensing Requirements

An OTL or RIBO license, for home and auto insurance, or willing to obtain.
An LLQP license for life and health insurance, or willing to obtain.

Licensing support and guidance will be provided.
