Associate Dentist Opportunity @ Ottawa Dental Care (Laurier ave W)

We are looking for an associate to join our team at Ottawa Dental Care. We are a well-established, family-owned private practice where clinical autonomy and patient relationships come first.

Healthy growing clinic

This role is unique because you will be stepping into an existing, active patient base from a departing associate. Depending on your skill set, you may have a steady schedule from day one, while also helping us manage the significant influx of new patients generated by our highly effective, proven marketing campaigns.

Mentorship and growth

You will have the support of experienced leadership, with a strong focus on mentorship and the freedom to practice quality dentistry.

We keep the vast majority of our procedures in-house. You will have full exposure to comprehensive care, allowing you to refine your skills across a wide range of restorative and surgical services.

Flexible Terms & Compensation. We are offering a competitive compensation package for 2 or 3 days per week, with a transparent path to full-time status as our practice continues to grow.
