Job Description:
We’re looking for an Expenses Payable Supervisor – 12 month Contract to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our Expenses Payable team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and guide associates, oversee performance, and drive consistency and efficiency across workflows. This is a great opportunity to build leadership experience while making a meaningful impact on operational effectiveness. You’ll also gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, helping to improve processes and deliver a strong support experience across the business.

What You’ll Do:
- Prioritizes and reallocates individual workloads to optimize departmental capacity, ensuring timely achievement of deadlines and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Liaises with internal partners and external vendors to investigate and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitors and analyzes departmental performance metrics to ensure alignment with established standards and service level expectations.
- Supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
About You:
- Monitors and provides guidance within team to ensure accuracy, compliance and timelines are met applying established department controls that adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Minimum three (3) years of related progressive work experience in Accounting and or Finance with strong knowledge of accounting processes, principles and internal controls with minimum one (1) year management / supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions, adapt quickly to a changing work environment, and make sound decisions that support departmental vision and strategy.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching and providing guidance to associates to resolve issues and share best practices.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence business partners and build collaborative relationships to identify and advance business opportunities.
