We are seeking talented and passionate Hair Stylists and Barbers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in hair care, along with your strong customer service skills, will help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, color, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients as they arrive.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Attend and implement company provided training

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting is essential.
Experience in upselling services and retail products is preferred.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
