Duties

Lead engaging volleyball practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team performance
Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and confidence
Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, tournaments, and events
Promote good sportsmanship and respectful conduct among players, officials, and spectators

Experience

Prior experience in teaching or coaching volleyball is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working with youth is essential
Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of diverse ages and skill levels
Knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies is advantageous
Demonstrating versatility in athletic instruction
