Restaurant Associate - full time

The Restaurant Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting both front counter service and kitchen preparation. Working within a medium-sized team, this position demands excellent customer interaction skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Handle cash and transactions responsibly
• Provide over the counter food service for take out customers
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks including washing, chopping ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas (sweeping/mopping)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service counter help/kitchen prep.
• Fluent in Portguese would be an asset.
